POA Dues

Kensington POA dues is $200 per lot to be paid annually by March 1.  After March 1, a late fee of $25 per month will be incurred. POA Dues may be paid either by check or through PayPal.

Dues paid through PayPal should be sent to Kensingtonpoa@gmail.com, please make sure to: include your name and address in the notes section.

There is a fee with PAYPAL (2.99 % + 0.49). The amount to be paid by this method is $206.49 per lot. PAYPAL considers a POA a business account therefore they charge fees as such. When choosing this payment option, please make sure to make your payment with the fees included.
