• Purpose: Restrict property use, maintain aesthetics, protect property values, outline homeowner/POA obligations, and more.

• Content: Rules on home size, architectural styles, landscaping, parking, fences, pets, and rentals.

• Legal Standing: Legally binding, recorded with the property deed, and apply to all future owners (run with the land).
